 Eight two-hour shared lounge visits per month.

 Two hours in a semi-private meeting area each month, for up to four people in total, including you.

 Four two-hour casual guest visits per month, with the member present.

 One seat at a hosted member networking gathering each month.

 After every three paid membership months: one 30-minute photo appointment at Bellecru with eight edited

images.

 Optional directory profile, relevant introductions when available and lounge booking up to 14 days ahead.

Quarterly photography is available after the third paid month in each three-month period. Once earned, the appointment

may be used within 60 days, including if you cancel. It does not include video or a social media feature.

refresh of your professional photos. Choose Business when several people in your company will share the membership

and use monthly content support.

BUSINESS

For one company ready to make meetings, relationships and content part of its monthly routine.

 Up to four named coworkers from the same company.

 Sixteen two-hour shared lounge visits pooled across the company each month. Each person uses one visit per

session.

 Up to two named coworkers may use the shared lounge at the same time outside a booked meeting.

 Four semi-private meeting hours per month, for up to six people in total, including hosts.

 Four two-hour casual guest visits per company each month.

 Two seats at a hosted member networking gathering per company each month.

 One content module of your choice each month, from the menu below.

 One 30-minute marketing consultation per month, followed by three written action points.

One focused content project. Every month.

Business members choose ONE of the following modules per billing month. Each module is produced at Bellecru by

appointment; the options do not stack.

PHOTO SESSION

A 45-minute session with ten edited images. Suitable for portraits, a small team of up to four people or simple business

lifestyle content.

TWO SHORT REELS

A 45-minute recording appointment with two edited vertical videos of 15–30 seconds each.

BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT

A 30-minute interview appointment, one edited 30–45 second video and a written business introduction of 100–150

words. Publication on Bellecru channels is not included.

EVENT RECAP

Up to 45 minutes of coverage at an approved Bellecru event, one edited 30–45 second recap video and five edited

photographs. Event admission, hosting and space rental are separate.

Request your module by day 10 of your billing month. We confirm an appointment within five business days and deliver

edited work within ten business days after the session. One consolidated revision is included if requested within five days

of delivery; revised files follow within five business days. Travel, raw files, reshoots and advertising are separate.

A few useful details.

Is this an all-day coworking membership?

Access is by reservation in two-hour shared lounge sessions. Standard sessions run from 12–2 PM and 2:15–4:15 PM,

Tuesday–Friday. Two consecutive sessions use two visits. Membership does not include a permanent desk, mail service,

storage or 24-hour access.

Are the meeting areas private?

Meeting reservations provide a dedicated semi-private area. Curtains separate the space; they do not provide

soundproofing. Please choose another setting for conversations requiring acoustic confidentiality. Meetings may be

booked up to 30 days ahead, subject to confirmation.

Can I bring someone?

Yes, within your plan’s guest allowance. A casual guest must stay with a named member, with no more than one casual

guest per member at a time. The same person may use casual guest access twice per month across all hosts. Attendees at

a booked meeting are included in the meeting headcount and do not use casual guest visits.

What is included at a networking gathering?

A hosted professional conversation and the number of seats in your plan. Choose from the dates offered for your monthly

allowance. Drinks, food and separately ticketed public events are not included. We may offer more than one gathering

date to accommodate members.

Are refreshments or evening benefits included?

Water and Wi-Fi are available during Social House visits. Food, other beverages and evening experiences are purchased

separately. Social House does not include wine, alcohol credits or bar discounts. It is separate from Bellecru Society and

Gold Wine Club.

Clear terms. A better shared experience.

Lounge reservations are available seven days ahead for Member and 14 days ahead for Executive and Business. Each

named member may hold up to three future lounge reservations. All visits, meetings and content appointments are

subject to availability and must finish by 4:45 PM.

Cancel a lounge visit at least 12 hours ahead, a meeting at least 24 hours ahead and a content appointment at least 48

hours ahead to retain the allowance. Late cancellations and no-shows use the reserved allowance. If Bellecru cancels, we

restore the allowance and extend its use by 30 days.

Lounge visits, guest visits, meetings, networking seats and monthly content allowances renew each billing month and do

not roll over. Meetings, content appointments and included networking gatherings do not use lounge visits. Each Business

coworker attending a lounge session uses a separate pooled visit.

Paid membership renews monthly on the date shown in your confirmation. Cancel before your next billing date through

your account or by replying to your membership confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues

through the paid period. We confirm the cancellation by email. No annual commitment and no joining fee. The 90-day

launch pilot is our operating review period, not a three-month customer commitment.

Active-month fees are not prorated for voluntary non-use. If Bellecru cannot deliver a paid benefit, we will offer a

replacement date or an appropriate refund. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights. Personal memberships are

non-transferable. Company memberships are limited to the named coworkers registered with Bellecru.
