1. Wine Counsellor

Our Wine Counsellors are the face of the guest experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who combine elegance, confidence, attentiveness, and strong hospitality instincts.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests

• Present the concept and guide the guest experience

• Take orders with professionalism and clarity

• Serve wine, pairings, and lounge items with attention to detail

• Maintain cleanliness, beauty, and flow of the room

• Support reservations, guest communication, and service standards

• Create a refined, memorable environment from first greeting to final check

Ideal profile:

• Hospitality, lounge, restaurant, nightlife, luxury retail, or client-facing experience preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent personal presentation

• Comfortable in an intimate, upscale environment

• Able to work evenings and weekends

2. Salon Director (Not Available)

This is a leadership role for someone capable of managing both people and atmosphere.

The Salon Director helps maintain operational standards, team discipline, guest satisfaction, and service consistency. This person must lead with maturity, calm authority, and strong judgment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee service flow during operating hours

• Support training and uphold presentation standards

• Assist with team coordination and shift discipline

• Help maintain guest experience quality at all times

• Resolve issues discreetly and professionally

• Support reservations, floor strategy, and operational execution

Ideal profile:

• Prior experience in hospitality supervision, lounge management, or upscale service leadership

• Strong sense of accountability

• High standards of communication and appearance

• Reliable, composed, and solutions-oriented

• Natural leadership without unnecessary ego

3. Event & Guest Experience Support

This position is suited to someone who is socially intelligent, polished, and capable of helping with reservations, guest follow-up, and special nights.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with event nights and guest check-in

• Support reservations and guest communication

• Help create a seamless and elegant arrival experience

• Maintain order, coordination, and warmth in the room

• Assist leadership with guest relations and floor needs

Ideal profile:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Professional image and excellent manners

• Comfortable with hospitality, events, or premium guest-facing roles

• Organized and dependable

Availability

Most positions require availability during evening service hours, especially:

• Thursday evenings

• Friday evenings

• Saturday evenings

Additional special event dates may be added as the brand continues to grow.

Weekend reliability is highly valued.
